The first member of the group, Unione-C Ltd., was established in 1998. It started its activity with the purchase and lease of a shop located on Andrássy Avenue, Budapest. Currently there are 11 retail units owned by the group on Andrássy Avenue and several others in various districts of the capital.

In 2003 the acquisition of the real estate properties of Bonbon Hemingway PLC. meant a large scale development in the history of Unione Investment Group. This real estate network of 21 items contains a retail unit located in Váci Street, the main pedestrian shopping street of the capital, utilized by the cosmetics brand L'Occitane.
In 2004 an investment with a similar magnitude followed, when we obtained the proprietary rights of 22 real estate of Gastron Vendéglátóipari PLC. based in Győr, and three others in Budapest.
In 2017 we were able to acquire the most precious plot of Budapest at Clark Ádám Square. 10 years later a luxury hotel with enchanting beauty opened its lion gates in a UNESCO World Heritage location. This is Hotel Clark.
