Unione Investment Group is active in the real estate market since 1998. founded by Hungarian individuals. Unione Group has successfully developed a number of real estate projects in the recent years to the satisfaction of our clients and tenants as a real estate development company.

The aim of the Investment Group is to develop and utilize real estates. These real estates are mainly shop premises located at sought after locations. The company manages matters related to the rental of the real estates.

First member of the group, the Unione-C Ltd., was established in 1998. It started its activity by the purchase and rental of a shop located at the Andrássy Avenue, the Champs Elyseés of Budapest. Currently there are 11 retail units owned by the group in this Grand Bulvard and several others in various districts of the Capital.

Other developments being rented real estates of McDonald’s fast food restaurant, built-to-suit, storage- and office premises: PannonPipe, Heidelberg, Chetra, Kärcher, Linde.

In 2003 the purchase of the real estates of Bonbon Hemingway PLC. meant a large scale development in the history of Unione Investment Group. This real estate network contains 15 proprietary rights and 6 local governmental rental rights, out of which is the shop premises located in Váci Street, the main pedestrian shopping street in the city.

In 2004 an investment with a similar magnitude followed, when we obtained the proprietary rights of 22 real estates of the Gastron Vendéglátóipari PLC. based in Gyõr, and 3 other real estates in Budapest.

We also purchased a building in 2004, located in Andrássy Avenue. This historic building would be our next “pride of the portfolio” with the realization of a 101 roomed „boutique hotel” located on Budapest’s „Champs Elysées”, Andrássy Avenue, between the Hero Square and the Opera. A hotel, in regards to its architecture appearance, and its classical interior design should represent refinement and harmony.

At the beginning of 2007, we were able acquire the most precious plot of Budapest. We are planning to establish another „boutique hotel” in an area considered to be a gem on the Danube banks of Budapest at Ádám Clark Square, next to The Chain Bridge in a World Heritage location. This area is one of the busiest and most significant points of the city regarding its panorama, tourist traffic and relevance in the history of Hungary.

Among our industrial park and office developments, there is a project in the pipeline, called Pákozd Industrial Park, which is a 189.817 sqm site, just next to the M7 Highway, at the 52nd milestone.
